Season’s Greetings to the Fruitlab community.

We would like to start this update with an apology. Firstly for the lack of communication recently and secondly for the apparent lack of progress in fixing bugs and issues with the Fruitlab platform.

There has been a lot going on behind the scenes at Fruitlab and we wanted to update you once we had a lot more clarity around our plans moving forward.

Over the last few months, we have been working very hard to bring the development team that builds and maintains the Fruitlab platform, in-house. This provides significant advantages to us as a company, one of which is the speed and agility to fix bugs and add new features to the platform.

This transition has now been completed.

You should now see a much more responsive and visible team when it comes to issues that come up, along with more regular updates.

One of the big issues that we’ve been addressing is with the Fruitlab shop. We know that this has caused frustration within the user community and we apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused. We believe that we have now fixed the underlying issue and have reinstated the shop functionality.

We will be working on an update to the layout of this section of the platform over the coming weeks which should make it easier to navigate.

We have also identified the issue that in a small number of cases, has been causing PIP earnings and transactions not to update on a user’s account. This will be fixed shortly and all missing PIPs will be distributed.

The issues with uploading profile pictures and thumbnails is also being addressed, with improvements already underway.

For 2024 we are working on a major update to the platform across both web and brand new mobile apps.

This update will make navigation easier and increase the sense of community on the platform, along with bringing a lot of cool new features that we are excited to share with you.

This update will be an iterative process and you will see the first version of this launch in Q1 2024. We will share more information as we move towards the launch.

Another big challenge we face is improving the trading liquidity of the PIP. We have identified a few potential solutions to this and will work towards this moving forward.

An active and performing PIP market provides significant benefit to the entire Fruitlab ecosystem so improvement here is vital.

We want to end by thanking you for your continued support and patience with us. 2023 has been a challenging year on a number of fronts. Whilst it hasn’t been smooth sailing, we have now made the changes that we think will provide the basis for Fruitlab to grow and thrive and become what we all hope — the best place for gamers on the internet.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,

Team Fruitlab.
